about not a peep
We all cherish the moment our children go to sleep: the peace, the silence, the quality time. You realize how much energy it takes to be a parent, and how important a few minutes to yourself and/or your partner means to the both of you.
When I became a mom for the first time, I realized the importance of a good night sleep for me, my husband and baby. Immediately, I developed a passion about children's sleep. Teaching my baby to sleep improved our lives immensely. We weren't exhausted anymore; we had plenty of energy to enjoy our little one and each other. I knew I wanted to help others, and shortly after our second child, Not A Peep was born.
My philosophy is very simple. I believe that having a routine is the backbone to good sleep habits and happy kids. I will work with you to come up with solutions tailored to your family's needs. I will design a plan that is easy to follow and respects your limits.
I understand the importance of supporting parents through the process of teaching your little ones to sleep. I'm here for you.
My specialties include sleep plans, soothing techniques for baby and routine establishment.
I have a degree in psychology from Georgia State University with an emphasis in child psychology and over 18 years of professional childcare experience. I'm a certified Sleep Sense specialist and certified Happiest Baby Educator and more importantly a mother of three little girls, Alina (5), Luna (2), and Eva (11 weeks). I look forward to working with you.
